Surgery Enhances Patient Experience

The Avenue Surgery has announced a significant upgrade to its telephone system, aimed at improving patient accessibility. The newly implemented digital system promises to make it easier for patients to get through to the practice and tries to address the challenge of telephone queues.
The surgery has acknowledged that it cannot eliminate waiting times but explained someone on hold for more than ten minutes will have the option to request a call back. A statement from the surgery said:
"Thank you to everyone who has already used our new phone system and this feature and for all your positive feedback."
