Lah-de-Dah is a magazine showed aimed at keeping you company and entertaining you with an eclectic range of music, vintage comedy and light hearted features. Regular topics include animal welfare, historical and scientific discoveries, the environment and family issues. Listeners are welcome to ring in for a dedication or mention, or to offer their views on issues raised. Music played includes that from the 50s to the modern day, particularly 60s and 70. Although the show follows a regular formal, special events or occasions sometimes result in a programme special to concentrate on that theme.

Katy is a retired primary school teacher and has been broadcasting on WCR since its inception. She is married to Barry and their daughter, Lottie, is married to Ben, son of fellow WCR presenter Yolande.
