Joan Howarth

Joan joined WCR on their very first broadcast in 1996 and has

been with the station ever since. She had experienced radio

presentation many years earlier and found that the old skills soon

came back. Joan enjoys reading, painting, gardening, writing and

looking after her daughter's dog Pepper. Joan's program includes

a lot of world music but in particular she loves the Irish tunes.

Plus there is always a warm welcome and lots of friendly chat.
